Small, family-run. Owner is a pastor who makes meals as well as cares for residents. Never seen my mom smile so much in assisted living. Big step up from corporate, for profit facilities in the Columbia area.
My father has been a resident of this facility for one year. He loves it there. The food is good. The staff is high-quality. The property is clean the residence have a lot of interaction with each other and enjoy each other. I wouldn’t want my father to be in any other place.
There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for my grandmother being at Bluegrass Terrace. She often says that she feels at home and everyone, residents and employees, are like family. Richard and employees have went above and beyond for us to keep her comfortable and thriving. Bluegrass Terrace keeps everyone thriving. I have had several opportunities to visit Bluegrass Terrace as a hospice chaplain. The facility is always clean, the environment is peaceful, and the workers are encouraging. The clients that I serve say they are very pleased to live at Bluegrass Terrace.
Bluegrass has been a huge blessing to my grandmother and our family. Richard goes above and beyond for the residents. He works so incredibly hard to make Bluegrass and its residents comfortable and safe.
